JDE E1- Default different receiving locations for different items at PO receipt

Is it possible to set a default receiving location by item for PO receipts?  RECEIVING is currently the default receiving location maintained in the BP constants. Users must manually override the default receiving location at PO receipt to a different location if the product isn't being received into RECEIVING.  Is there a way to set this to be defaulted as a different location?
