One View Reporting Error Ocurred

Hi everyone!

We are working with One View Reporting and we have problems when we run standard reports. We have tried everything for three days with no success.

This issue that we have happens with some of reports, not all of them.

I attached two images of Standard Customer Balance Report.

Tool Release: 9.1.4

Could anyone help us?
