Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Our client is looking for ways to mass create/update service requests in oracle. We would like to know.

1. Does oracle provide any out of box functionality for mass creating/updating service requests

2. Is there an interface table available for creating service requests

3. Is there a desktop integrator available for creating/updating service requests
