Is there a patch that allows PSPB to update EBS HR with position budget information

Hello -

I'm very new PSPB. Is there a patch that allows for a process for PSPB that takes the final Position Budget and updates HR in EBS at year end?  

I'm aware of PSE 17881430 that allows extracting and importing EBSHR position/employee data into Public Sector Planning and Budgeting position budgeting tables.

Is there a patch that goes from PSPB to EBSHR?
