Oracle Collaborative Planning- Not able to upload "Supply commit"

Hi All,

Facing an issue while uploading "Supply commit" back to ASCP.

Actions carried out:

1. Launched ASCP Plan :- Plan completed successfully

2. Triggered program "Publish Order/Returns Forecast" :- Orders published successfully to collaborative planning.

3. Extracted all details to Supplier (as flat file)

4. Supplier sends back the flat file with commit details

5. Supply commit was loaded back to ASCP :- Loader Worker completing in error

Error file attached and SupplyDemand.dat file attached.

Thanks in advance for your suggestion.
