Unable to book logistics lines from DR to OM due to error message

Hi,

I'm unable to book logistics lines due to the below error message.

''System cannot find a valid account for the specified Bill-To/Ship-To address: 50444 HIGHWAY 770 and Operating Unit. The transaction has been aborted based on the setting in the profile "Service: Action for missing Account/Account Site in Charges".

I've checked for the related party, customer account, party sites, party site uses, account sites & account site uses .. all seem to be fine & very much 'Active'.

Please help!
