getting error 'The requested URL /apex/f was not found on this server'...

Hi,

i had installed APEX (version 4.2.6.00.03) and configured with Oracle SSO authentication, when i use the application url it directs to SSO login page and post login it was not redirected to the application rather i am getting the error

The requested URL /apex/f was not found on this server

Note: this error was noticed on the Chrome

Please let me know how do i debug this issue
