Installation of MAF development environment on JDE E1 Development Tool release 9.1.4.6.0

Hello,

I want to install Mobile application framework (MAF) on JDE E1 Development TR 9.1.4.6 ,but MAF extension is only available with JDeveloper Studio Edition v12.1.3.0.0 , but as per oracle these Jdeveloper( v12.1.3.0) is not compatible with JDE E1 latest TR 9.1.4.6.0


OS - Windows 7 (64bit)

is there any other solution to integrate MAF with JDE E1 Development TR 9.1.4.6 ?
