Work Order completition approval problem!

Hi,

I'm trying to setup AME for  work order completion approval.I create a work request ,approve it,than create a work order but I'm having some problems:

1-Failure information is disabled

2.I don't get a notification to approve a work order

3-Cant see work order competition button when i choose update work order

I'm on 12.1.3 version.

Could someone help mi
