Contact your system adminstrator error during benefits enrollment (R12.1.3 OAB)
This is our first year using OAB for annual benefits enrollment. (R12.1.3 RUP 5) We have many users getting the "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance" error and the 'Row locked" error. Having the users clear the cache, cookies and temporary files works but this situation results in lots of service desk tickets and calls to the benefits team. Is there a way to avoid or better manage this situation? We all run Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 10.
