FC port on Cisco MDS goes to errdisable during backups

Hello,

We have an environment where backups are destined to Storagetek SL500 tape Library. The drives are LTO4 and the SAN switches are cisco MDS. During backup, the ports where drives are connected goes to errordisable and drives disappear from backup server(CommVault). We have updated the tape library to latest firmware. Has someone experienced this and what would be the final solution
