Relationship Plans in Customer Support Specialist
Hello,
We are in version 12.1.3 and found that account-level relationship plans do not work in the HTML SRs. This would be an enhancement request.
We can move all of these to the party level (more than 100 plans), but then we are displaying a message across multiple accounts rather than targeting the exact account that we want.
What other suggestions do people have for workarounds to this issue?
Are there other options for conditional messaging in HTML SRs based on account number or other parameters?
