SOAP Tool - Application Session Controller

Greetings.

Code in question is 3.7.0M2P3.

Is there a recommended SOAP Tool that could be used to simulate SOAP requests to the ASC ?

During Acme Packet times, every ASC "Tools and Samples" release would contain the "Covergence Action Editor" tool  - which could be used for this purpose. It looks that the tool is no longer packaged as part of 3.7.0M2P3 Tools and Samples.
