User unable to print from a Oracle printer suddenly which was working fine till few days ago

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We are facing a peculiar issue of One user is not able to print from a Oracle Printer.But at the same time the same user can print from a different Oracle printer.We have checked both the printers are setup in Oracle having the same Printer Type,Printer Drivers etc.Kindly let us know how to troubleshoot this issue.
