Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi ,

My client wants to submit a contract for annual billing/ invoicing. They have a PO for 3 yrs of support.

Can you provide me the steps with screenshots, how to do this.
