Issue with loans in Treasury

I wonder if someone could help me !.

I need to enter an specific kind of loan in treasury module for Argentina.

The issue is that this kind of loan should be without rate for the interest, I mean the rate should be 0.

For example, supposed are some loans in one. I should complete the stock and interest manually, then I should add a new stock and interest manually too.

But the issue happens when we have to enter these stocks and interest we can´t do it with rate 0, and when we complete the rate, the dates are modified for the application automatically and the interest are re calculated automatically too. That means that all this automatically process change the values made for us manually before.
