Oracle Work Flow mailer issue- (GSM-WFMLRSVC-66669-10006 : oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.IMAPInboundProc

Dear Oracle workflow guru,

We are currently on release R12(12.1.3) and having issue with our Workflow mailer that stopped due to errors time to time.

The error message that we captured in our Workflow log file is as follow:

GSM-WFMLRSVC-66669-10006 : oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.IMAPInboundProcessor.open(): Unable to connect to mail store
We are observing this behavior at least onece or twice a week and basically stop and restart the mailer in order to fix the issue.

It seems this issue started about few weeks back in our EBS production environment. We never used to see this behavior in the past.
