Multiple categories for buyer

Hi,

We have a business requirement where the buyers are created for multiple categories ie. single buyer - many categories.  I see where the buyer can be selected at the requistion line, item or a category assigned at the buyer creation stage.

Is there anywhere that the buyer can be assigned at the category stage, or to configure the buyer to have access to multiple categories?
