OEM12cR4 Cannot create Information publisher report with sql returning more than 20,000 rows

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

In OEM12cR4 Information publisher reports, Im trying to generate a report on the OMR using a sql and I have added "Table from SQL" element to my report. In the parameters section for total number of rows it says  "The upper limit for total number of rows is 20,000" And im not able to create a report with a sql which returns more than 20,000 rows. Is there anyway around this?
