Attempt to allocate zero bytes noted

I wrote a custom UBE which calls custom NER. The UBE exports to csv. The UBE runs and produces a pdf and csv report.  However when I look at the jde.log, there is an error message "Attempt to allocate zero bytes noted".  Does anyone know what does the error message mean? Should I be worry about this error message?

I am on 9.1 TR 9.1.4.3.
