Vision Instances with 12.1.3 RUP 7 patching?

Is anyone aware of a Vision instance that may have 12.1.3 and RUP 7 patching applied? All instances that I have been able to get access to as of yet seem to be patched to RUP 3 or RUP 4 at best.
