Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error trying to disable Receivable Activities (ARXSUMRT)

Hi

We're trying to disable several Receivable activities but in all cases we have errors like the next (we use oracle 11.5.9):

"Value 5404 has been disabled."

And the receivable activity does not change to inactive.

Could you please help me to find how to inactivate those activities?
