Disable Master Routing Branch Validation

Came across and item we have where it has a Master Router assigned to it at one branch but is also produced at a secondary branch.   The Master Router description is unique to the primary branch and used for many items so the description cannot be changed.  In the secondary branch, in XE, we were able to assign an individual routing to it for production there.  In other words there was no need to set up the Master Router in the secondary branch as well.  In 9.1, I see in the P3003 interface that a "Master Routing Item" field is
