What is your way to use HFM's data?

If I want to use HFM's data to create reports by non-hyperion tool, I found I have no way to direct connect to HFM's DB. Because Oracle does not provide enough technical details for the table schema. Currently, the only option to me is Extended Analytics (I tried Extract Data, it is data file and cannot export all value dimensions' data). But when the data volume is large, Extended Analytics needs around 20 mins to finish one extraction. Thus, we cannot reflect the data changes at external report immediately. I am not sure if there is other way to have
