Why I cannot deleted any message on comments block on Recipt when status is confirmed

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I have been deleted any message from message block on receipt. After saved, system show message 'Transaction completed 1 recoreds applied and saved'. Then I requery, there message will be still display. How can I do for this issued ?
