loading multiple period data

Hi experts,

I have one data file with the following format:

Budget; 2014; Q1; -500

Budget; 2014; Q2; -300

Budget; 2014; Q3; 200

Budget; 2014; Q4; 100

I would like to load the respective quarter data to Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec through FDM classic application. May I know how can i do that?
