Unable to execute LoadIFWConfig

Hi,

Syncpdc ran in to issue while starting with below error:

oracle.communications.brm.pdc.migration.MigrationException: Got a non zero exit status from the command:$IFW_HOME/bin/LoadIfwConfig -r -i $IFW_HOME/tools/XmlLoader/LoadIfwConfig-edrField-query.xml -o $PDC_HOME/PDCBRM_INTP/apps/syncpdc/xml/extract/BreEvent.xml. Check if the BRM is up and running.
