Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Issue in loading the bitmap files in JDE fat client while opening any application.

Hello all,

Am getting the error "Could n't open the bitmap file " when i try to open any application in JDE .

I have pasted the screenshot of the error as well.

Though i am able to access the applications but the images of various buttons on the application are missing .
