Intercompany Payroll
We have a few employees that are moving companies within our company. We would like for them the be paid and report taxes with the original company. Would this be possible or would they need tax reports specific to the new company?
For example- We have one employee moving from home company 40 to company 10. We would like to pay and issue tax reports (W2) through company 40. When it's time for W2's, could we include the employee in company 40 W2's or would we have to file for the employee under company 10?
