BI Publisher failed to generate report.(SBL-RPT-50524)

Hi All,

We are facing the above error while trying to run a report in our UAT environment.

We enabled loging at BIP server and found below exception in the xdo.log.

<Line 57, Column 401>: XML-22043: (Error) Extension function error: Method not found 'getCanonicalDate'

We are using predetermination to accept date as a part of user input. However the same report is working cool in our SIT environment.

I am posting this question in this MOSC as we have integrated BIP with SIebel.
