Publish FSG Report Set Completes with Status Warning

Hello all, looking for some FSG help. Our client has an FSG Report
Set which they run via Report Manager>Publish Report Set.

The Report Set contains 4 reports. None of the 4 report has
a Content Set. They can run the 4 reports separately.

However when the Set runs each request completes with Status
Warning. This problem started in early November. There was no problem when they
ran the Report Set in early October. There have been no patches applied in that
period.

The PUBLISH_PRESENT_WRAPPER ends with the message “-1Publishing
did not complete successfully, unable to insert data into database”
