How many does DE2 shelves (minimum) need to add the disks on configured exised pool-0 with mirror-NS

Hi, Experts.

It could be a dump question.

I need the verification of raid profile  for consulting to customer clearly.

Cu has the ZS3-2 cluster(Active/Standby) with 2 DE2-24C. it was configured with one pool (pool-0)

Its raid profile was set as "mirror with NSPF".

Question 1. (possible dump question)

In case of additional disk shelves more and they want to add the new disks to the existed pool-0, does it have a restricted condition with 2x DE2 only ?

In other word, under the same condition (add the disks to existed pool-0), is it possible to one DE2-24C ?
