PM SR not generated for serial number 2G233KXX56 for contract SE-100506 and serialnumber 327000154 o

Hi All,

For serial number 2G233KXX56 in contract SE-100506; and serialnumber 327000154 on contract SE-S-000233, PM SR not generated.

I have run BUE and UMP program and then 'PM Generate SR' program, but no data came in log file for these serials.

Query "select * from ahl_unit_effectivities_b where csi_item_instance_id='8176724' " is giving one row with status_code =ACCOMPLISHED. Also serial 2G233KXX56 is active in IB instance.

Query " select * from ahl_unit_effectivities_b where csi_item_instance_id in ('4120325')" (for serial_number ='327000154'). Also serial '327000154' is active in IB instance.

What to be done to solve this problem. Please treat this as urgent.
