Refresh production copies of Agile 9.3.2 system

All,

How do I refresh the stale production copies of our Agile 9.3.2 system?

This includes: Agile version 9.3.2, Filemanager, Autovue, Application Server Type WEBLOGIC 12.1.1.0, Database 11.2.0.3, Operating System- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5.

I am new at our company and the production copies need to be refreshed.

We have various SR’s and cannot duplicate certain issues because the copies are so stale and the patches that we have been directed to apply can’t be properly evaluated before production migration.

Lastly, if anyone has any lessons learned, documents or can recommend any good blogs or oracle documents on our system components it would be much appreciated.
