In Oracle 11.5.10, we have a requirement to send notifications to users based on folowing conditions.

a) Hold Application

b) Hold Release

c) Update of specific fileds,...eg : Shipment priority is changed from X to Y

Looked at AME..However AME is not integrated with Order Management in 11.5.10...So i dont think AME can help for 11i.

Can someone please suggest how to fulfill this ?

Can processing constraints be used to send notifications to users in 11.5.10 ?
