We have recently upgraded to 12.2.3 and getting this error when trying to query counts in the approve counts screen in Inventory Cycle Counting "The specified counter is not an active employee".

There is a note on metalink Doc ID 1490472.but we have a higher version of the pld mentioned there

Any help is highly appreciated.
