Best tool for recognition of handwritten notes

Hi,

I'd like to know which tool do you consider would do better when recognizing handwritten notes. In the past i have used Document Capture 10g to scan and recognize words, i know there is a product named Webcenter Forms Recognition and also the new Webcenter Enterprise Capture. Now with all these products i'd like to know which one do you consider would do better the job to recognize handwritten notes.
