Using WMS, is there a standard screen to issue component to a job/batch by LPN?

Using the Transact form in OPM, we could manually consume an item by LPN. You could transact partial qty of an LPN and it is creating a WIP Component Issue transaction. However, using the Issue Ingredient telnet screen, the LPN field is not shown. What is the standard functionality in issuing ingredients using telnet (WMS or MSCA)?
