HFM Locks up when loading a dat file through Workspace

Using Workspace 11.1.2.2.300.20 and Internet Explorer 8

I’ve pulled data from our Production app and am trying to load it into our Sandbox app.  The files are not very large; 300 KB to 700 KB.   The Journal Entries loaded just fine.  The app structures are the same other than security, and I have admin rights to Sandbox and Development apps.  The data has been loaded successfully through FDM in the past but for this project I need the actual final reported values from Production.  I have already made a number of the suggested changes to the httpd.conf per the Oracle HFM tuning guide.
