Rename/Reshuffle Tabs in Maint. Super User SS Respo

Hi Experts

Would like to make changes in current prompts and design of maintenance super user respo for more relevancy and convenience of end user.

Like changing an order of tabs or renaming the same or reshuffling function from one tab to another!!

I tried to achieve this through Menu , Function and Responsibility definition forms,but in vain.

I request kindly go through attached document describing set up I did with some expectation.

Guide me for solution if available.
