Native User Provisioning with MAXL script results in #Missing total.

We've recently upgraded to Hyperion 11.1.2.3 and have what appears to be a provisioning issue with a native account. The account is provisioned in Planning with Interactive User, Planner, and View User to the Planning Application and Server Access to the EssbaseCluster (read only access). When I log into Essbase MAXL with that user and ran a query to sum rows and columns I get totals for 3 of the four totals and #Missing for one (see below).
