Order has a status of Entered, but lines have shipped and closed.

The order in question has been shipped and invoiced, but the order status is stuck at Entered.  Workflow indicates that the Booking process completed.  This is the ONLY known instance of this happening.  I am wondering how I can get this fixed.

Are there any other known instances of this happening and possibly a fix already implemented?
