Repeating Sections ascending Sort Not Working for PDF Output

PDF Output of 'Uninvoiced Receipts Report By Category is not sequenced by category', but other format output such as xml, text and html work fine with same given parameters. The unique difference is that the outut format.

The initial data is same, but the output is not same. So I think the root cause should not be the data itself.

I am afraid that this is a bug for BI publisher in R12, but not sure.
