Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Experts,

We have Number of Past reading is 10 in Meter Def and Usage Rate 5.

Please let me know How the usage rate is calculated for the calculation of PM forecast

whether its based on Actual 10 Meter reading entered or LTD of last 10 Meter reading.
