OCA - Failed to intialize session

Newly installed ASAP 7.2 Patch 4 and trying to access the OCA via browser (http://<host>:<port>/<env>/OCA/ocaconsole.jsp).     After launching default server session and entering credentials, receiving this message:

"Failed to initialize session due to OCA server connection failure - Destination is unreachable; nested exception is:

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandShakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; No available router to destination"

What have I missed?
