Inventory valuation under layered FIFO

We have not setup lot processing. However we would like to value our quantity on hand as well as issues to shop floor using layered FIFO method. For example:

1. Received 100 units @ $10

2. Received 30 units @ $12

3. Issued 50 units to Shop Floor

4. Issued 20 Units to shop Floor

#3 and 4 should be issued to $ 10

Inventory Bal should comprise of  30 units (100-50-20) @ $10 and 30 units @  $12

What would be the Cost method?
