Error in order import through API OE_ORDER_PUB.PROCESS_ORDER

Hi

I have created package to import orders from custom table through API OE_ORDER_PUB.PROCESS_ORDER, i am getting error " Values have not been entered for one or more required segments ". I verified all the required DFF attribute values are populated. Request you to advice to resolve this issue, i have urgent requirement, automation of importing sales external data to ebs system.

For the context value = 'Home Delivery" below are my required attributes.
