Missing Cartons in SIM for WHD

Hi, We have RWMS, RMS and SIM modules implemented for the client. We have found an issue. The Warehouse Delivery initiated from RWMS is coming to SIM. The delivery is having multiple cartons. While most of the cartons are fine whilst we have found that some cartons are coming as status 'Missing'. We would like to understand under what scenarios we would find few cartons as Missing whils other Cartons are found to fine.
