Auto Close Repair Order once order is SHIPPED

Hi Team,

We recently deployed the complete solution in our PROD instance. Earlier we were able to successfully test this requirement in multiple test instances.

However now we are facing a problem in our PROD system that the old orders which business created against those SHIPPING was not done so now after we modfy the SHIPPING WF process as expalined in the doc id,https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=728991.1 as expected repair lines are not getting closed once the SHIP line gets closed out.

I need to undersatnd is it this process will completely work only on new Orders?
