Planned orders of Ingedients does not show in Supply/Demand Workbench - ASCP

Hello,

I have created a Item for Manufacturing (Item 1001). To manufacture the item, it requires ingredients. I have also created those items. I created Formula and receipe for the item to be manufactured. Validate rule is set for Production and Planning. Created sourcing rule for Make ( for manufacture item) and Buy (for ingredients).Assigned the sourcing rules to the items (Finish goods and Ingredients)  I created few sales order.I ran the standard data collection and launched the plan. when checking in the supply/demand, i was able to see the item 1001 with a planned order ready to release. i do
